ORDERS

What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.


Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Singapore and also internationally to some countries. Please reach out to us at hello@twosleepyheadsmarket.com if you have any questions about shipping.

How long does it take for my orders to reach me?
As all items are curated and purchased from external supplier overseas, the delivery timeline on average is 12-15 working days upon making the payment to us. We will keep you posted via WA/email after we received your item from the supplier. In the event there is a delay, we will inform you of this too. 


Print-on-demand orders:

Product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Hence shipping can take up to 8 weeks depending on where you ordered from.


LATEST UPDATE: In light of the recent Coronavirus outbreak, there will be a slight delay in receiving your parcels. Do check back with our team on the timeline regarding this. However, if you need the item/s urgently, we strongly advise that you not purchase it from us. 

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept shop pay, credit/debit card, google pay, apple pay as well as PayNow/Bank Transfer.


PayNow/Bank Transfer:

Details will be given to you upon your purchase. We will only process your orders once we have received your payment. 

RETURNS

Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request
- No returns allowed for print on demand items

How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package. Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement or exchange will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
